Сырьевая модель экономики России не обеспечивает ни достойного уровня благосостояния граждан, ни международной конкурентоспособности. Двусторонние санкции дали возможность лесо­промышленной отрасли развиваться за счет создания собственных технологий и производств. Однако развитие осложняется недостатком квалифицированных кадров; отсутствием собственной техники, соответствующей мировым технологиям; недостоверными сведениями о качественном и количественном составе лесов и т. д. Статья рассматривает необходимость перехода от экспортно-сырьевой к инновационной модели развития лесопромышленного комплекса в аспекте перехода на новый технологический уклад. Цель – про­анализировать возможности перехода лесопромышленного комплекса на 6-й технологический уклад, а также трудности, сопряженные с этим переходом. Выделены этапы становления лесопромышленного комплекса в разрезе уровней технологических укладов начиная с 1703 г. В лесопромышленном комплексе РФ выявлена многоукладность промышленного производства, представленная 3-м, 4-м и 5-м техно­логическими укладами. Поэтому для перехода на новый технологический уклад необходимо провести подготовку высококвалифицированных кадров, строительство лесохимических комбинатов полного цикла переработки, применяющих передовые технологии очистки с учетом принципов «зеленой» экономики, и др.

The raw material model of Russia’s economy does not provide a suitable level of citizen wellbeing or international competitiveness. The sanctions have enabled the timber industry of Russia to develop by creating its own technologies and production facilities. However, the development is complicated by lack of qualified personnel, modern equipment, and reliable information about the composition of forests, etc. The article considers switching from an export-raw material to an innovative model of the timber industry development in the aspect of transitioning to a new technological paradigm. The purpose of the article is to analyze timber industry’s possibilities of transitioning to the 6th technological paradigm, as well as difficulties associated with this transition. The authors highlight timber industry complex formation stages in the technological paradigm levels context. The Russian timber industry complex is multistructural due to relying on 3rd, 4th and 5th technological paradigms. Therefore, in order to transition to a new technological paradigm, it is necessary to train highly qualified personnel, construct full-cycle processing timber chemical plants that use advanced technologies and take into account the green economy principles, etc.
