Abstract (English):
The modern stage of the development of complex socio-economic systems of various scales and institutional forms is largely determined by the level of digital technologies advent into all production, administrative, managerial and communication processes related to the national economy and social sphere. Digital transformation of the national economy and its separate socio-economic units is defined as one of the key areas for strategic development in Russia. The monograph forms a holistic, multi-aspect concept of strategizing the digital transformation of institutional and production entities of corporate, regional and national scales, and also presents details of the development and the results of the practical use of applied mathematical models related to the creation of an integrated digital environment for managing the processes of strategic development of various entities.
