Abstract (English):
The analysis of the system of organization of school meals in the Kemerovo municipal district is carried out. It is shown that along with the generally accepted ways of optimization, innovations are widely used in the form of taking into account the climatic and geographical features of Kuzbass, age categories of schoolchildren, individual characteristics of the body, involvement of the general public in the process, and the use of digital technologies.
