Abstract (English):
The development of specialized food products is currently a priority in many sectors of the food industry. The presence of a large number of electronic devices in modern life leads to significant vision problems in the population of different age groups around the world. One of the priority and promising raw materials for maintaining the health of the organs of vision is plant raw materials, used as an enriching component for various food products. Spinach and parsley were chosen as products with a significant content of retinol (vitamin A).
